The Dutch Open Tree Climbing Championship was recently held in Rotterdam, and proved a tough competition for all the contenders. Good support was offered by the Netherland equipment suppliers who were showing their ranges of climbing gear. Craig Johnson from the Simarghu team was also there supporting dealers Safety Green as they launched the newest addition to the Simarghu range, the Fire And Gemini harnesses. They were really well received, with many climbers benefiting from being shown the adjustability features.
Dutch female champion, Gabby Kleuvier, tried out the new unique Gemini female harness, she said it was excellent, felt really good to climb in, and that it is a great move forward to have a harness designed specifically for women in arboriculture.
